1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers:
- If you're not satisfied with RealConnection AI within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
- This applies to your first subscription payment only (monthly or annual).
- You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- After receiving a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll lose access to premium features.
2. Subscription Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals:
- 48-Hour Window: If you were charged for a renewal and wish to cancel, we may provide a refund if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
- Renewal refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
- To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.
3. Partial Billing Period Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You'll continue to have access to all premium features until that date.
- After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free Community plan.
- No charges will occur after cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Elite Plan: 90-Day Success Guarantee
Our Elite plan subscribers are eligible for our exclusive 90-Day Success Guarantee:
- Eligibility: You must actively use the platform (complete at least 8 AI coaching sessions and engage with at least 15 matches over 90 days).
- Guarantee: If you don't go on at least one date within 90 days of active use, you're eligible for a full refund of your subscription fees paid during those 90 days.
- Verification: You may need to provide documentation that you actively engaged with the platform.

5. No Refunds for Terms Violations
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- You engaged in fraudulent activity, harassment, or abuse of other users
- You used bots, automation, or other prohibited methods
- You violated our Safety Guidelines
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant details (e.g., date of purchase, subscription tier)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method through our payment processor, Paddle.
7. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund transactions securely. You may see "Paddle.net" or "Paddle.com" on your credit card statement.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You can resubscribe at any time
