• Affiliate program participation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Available subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Basic features at no cost
• Premium Plan: Enhanced features with monthly billing
• Pro Plan: Full access with advanced features

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with RealConnection AI. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
• Renewal Refunds: Refunds for subscription renewals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
• Partial Month Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you retain access until your current billing period ends.
• Account Violations: No refunds are provided if your account is terminated for violating these Terms of Service.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the first subscription payment of referred users. Commission is paid out according to our payout schedule. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim commissions for fraudulent referrals or violations of these terms.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service. All Service features, design, and technology are owned by RealConnection AI.

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealConnection AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
